I missed this one ever getting a CD release. Granted it's CD-R, but at least it's a CD quality recording.

I did some of the camerawork on the video for "Eugene". Joe Renda is a great guy. I got to meet and hang with Ace Frehley at Joe's studio too. I still have my promo vinyl. I ripped it to CD-R years ago.

Wow...cool story. I always had a soft spot for the single and the video was a hoot. I'm sure we'd never had heard or seen it if it wasn't for the Ace Frehley connection, but that's okay.

It was actually a pretty big hit in the New York area. 92KTU, which was a huge Disco radio station in NY, had it in constant rotation back in 1980. The video was pre-MTV. I remember going to a party at Joe's Studio/Home when it debuted on a late night show called Friday Night Videos on NBC.
