Yes. What distinguishes this release is that it's being put out by Easy Action, who have done plenty of legitimately licensed CDs of rare vault material (Yardbirds, Renaissance, Marc Bolan, et. al.). So I have some hope that this could be a worthwhile remaster, especially of Disc Two. It also looks like the pre-Capitol tracks have been resequenced into the actual recording order.
That Lost And Found collection was reissued on DCC (one of their few aluminum discs) with a better cover:

Disc 2 of the above was also this reissue from 2000. Per Discogs, the label is NMC Music - Pilot 62, licensed to Burning Airlines. Anybody know if this was a legit release? (this label was also responsible for The Yardbirds "Cumular Limit" from 2000)

Hard to imagine the DCC could be improved upon by a remaster. I do like the second (albeit anachronistic) DCC cover, but I ended up with the office cover.

Are these actually stereo mixes on Disc 1?
The solicitation from Easy Action doesn't say one way or the other, however, the fact that some tracks on CD 2 are specifically noted as stereo makes me think that the whole of CD 1 will be in mono.
