I'd love to see an official release from the 1976 tour with Maria Muldaur on BU vocals (I do have a couple sb's of the tour). I saw the Seattle show. My only bitch was weir's lamish 1976 band opened. There were 2 shows. Weir played for around 2 1/2 hours at the 1st show, leaving Garcia less than 45 minutes; & Garcia's 76 band was MUCH better than Weir's. I had only bought tickets for the firsts how. I also didn't like the 1976 album Weir was promoting (don't remember the name; It had a large white border & a b&w photo of Weir & was funk; almost disco.
Back on topic, curious what Garcia's version of Cold Blood's Valdez would sound like? Surprising choice! Freedom Jazz Dance is another cool surprising choice. I don't usually like Legion Of Mary, but this one could be interesting.

I will pick this up, no doubt...but I have not been too thrilled with this series so far...and the fact that the bonus disc for this release was the same bonus disc from the previous LOM release was pretty disappointing...I have been content to just picked them up when I see them, versus the pre-order approach I have for most other related releases...
