...as is always the case in Zappa collecting...more delays...just rec'd this email...

"Hi Bob,

Once again, thank you for ordering the Paul Buff/ Frank Zappa box set and for spreading the word about this project. The box is currently in production, although the manufacturing time will be a bit longer than expected. We're expecting to receive the finished product during the third week of June. As usual, I will personally process each and every order. Thank you in advance for your patience.

Greg Russo "

This is an AWESOME set - great music - each cd packed - thick, very informative booklet...Zappa's musical DNA all over it...original version's of Speed Freak Boogie and Take Your Clothes Off When You Dance both under different names lots of tunes from Ruben and Freak Out and also Why Don't You Do Me Right...

stuff I had never heard before like Masked Grandma (Frank is in love with an older woman who robs banks)
His entire guest spot from the Steve Allen Show playing the bicycle...

Lots of other non-Zappa material - the early Strawberry Alarm Clock, the Music Machine...

Lots of stuff that sound like Dick Dale...

5 discs for $ 35 (plus 2 bonus discs for first batch made) - it is a real bargin ...

Wipe Out and Pipeline ARE NOT included...that is the only negative I could find.
