I believe the track listing above to be correct, if it's not I'll fix that when it comes out, but I expect this is correct as it's the same as the Japanese 2009 remaster.

I'm really surprised no one's done a deluxe edition of this with the entire show. You know it'll happen someday.

I made a CD using the Japanese laser disc. Someday I'll get around to using it to replace the mono audio on the DVD they released a couple years ago.

What "contractual reasons" would exist for a modern recording to be licensed/issued in mono?
