No, according to the Archives' listing for the "retail version"

Sounds like one song? And it's not clear to me if that is only available if the set is ordered from the Archives site. At any rate, I will be content with the CDs.

I just noticed it is $159.98 U.S. on Amazon.com and $151.66 CDN on Amazon.ca. Works out to $115.84 U.S. Good deal for Canadians.

This has been happening intermittently throughout the pandemic. Sometimes Amazon sites will, and sometimes will not, ship to other countries. I have had it happen on Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk. banzaibid, if you just check every few days I bet it will be available to ship to you.

Surprise package at my door today. The Box Set has arrived. However.... No certificate of Authenticity. It appears I have Box #2611, as someone wrote this Number with a Sharpie on the outside shipping box. No download card for the Hi Res files. Not sure how I'm supposed to get these files? No info on how I'm supposed to get the 1 year subscription to Neil Young Archives either.

The Discs are sparse. If you bought the Homegrown, Tuscaloosa,or Roxy CDs, the packaging is different. The book is nicely bound and the fold out timeline is as expected.

Who's Gonna Stand Up (with Crazy Horse) 192/24 - It is separate from the 139 track download.
Maybe it is not an exclusive to the store? But I had not heard it.
