This might just be confusion over the album art, but Raven Records in Australia currently has Bill Withers' "+ 'Justments...Plus" on their Upcoming Releases schedule, which suggests there are actual bonus tracks on the Aussie edition.

Maybe they heard me?! I've been posting on the Legacy forums for AGES asking for the remainder of the Bill Withers catalog to be released on CD.

I actually suggested a "Complete Recordings" collection for Withers. Could be a great box. At this point I'll take anything besides the endless string of comps.

Reel Music will also be remastering this in 24-bit with bonus tracks.
If Reel's doing it, it'll be definitive. Love that label.
They are definitely doing it and I confirmed that with an earlier email exchange. They are also doing Cheryl Lynn's debut release with "Got To Be Real" and Toto backing her.

I got the Raven two-fer of Just As I Am/Still Bill which had two bonus tracks, and as I recall the bonus tracks came from less than stellar sources. One might even have been a needledrop. And the mastering was no where near as good as the Legacy remasters of the same two albums. Hope Reel Music does this justice, and we get the rest.

Well, I just got this sucker in the mail and it SMOKES! Tapes were transferred by Vic Anesini and mastering was done by Bill Lacey. I hope they tag team on the rest of the unreleased-on-CD album catalog, because I've never heard Withers sound better on CD. A. Scott Galloway's liner notes are excellent as well. This is a tremendous package...it only could have been made better with bonus tracks like his Christmas single "The Gift of the Giving". But the sound and package quality more than make up for that. I can't imagine Raven bettering this.

The Raven version is now scheduled for release this Tuesday, June 1st, and it does include bonus tracks, however, they're taken from other albums and not previously unreleased:
