I thought all her Columbia recordings were reissued in a fatboy case 2CD set in the early '90s.

David Nathan would know, though, he's the British Ambassador of Soul, one of the world's foremost experts on soul music.

Nope. That release left off numerous Columbia recordings, including half of the ones that charted. This new comp looks even worse.
