Honestly, this wasn't a good album, and I doubt the sound is going to be anything less than awful. Sorry to threadcrap.

Liner notes by Bono???

I'm partial to at least some of the tunes here (Frank's sublime "Didn't We", "For Once In My Life") and this is a nice package, as per the usual work by Frank Sinatra Enterprises. However, folks interested in this album (and the other related reissues -- I believe more of the Reprise catalog will be coming up on Concord) should know that the tracks have been remixed as well as remastered. The new mixes are longer in some places (the fade of "Mrs. Robinson", for one) and radically different in other places. I recommend this MY WAY if you're looking for an alternate Sinatra experience; if not, stick with the original Reprise CD.
