Iconoclassic Records is reissuing the Isley Brothers "Go All The Way" as a stand alone CD in the fall. We're releasing the Isleys' "Showdown" as an individual CD at the same time. Both will feature new liner notes by band member Chris Jasper, be digitally remastered, and feature expanded packaging.

I'm a big fan of BGO. Their 2-fers are a great value.

I can see two albums on one CD. But three on two CDs?
If two albums can fit on one, why not just break up the discs and sell them separately?

If two albums can fit on one, why not just break up the discs and sell them separately? Saves on packaging and handling and administration, though it can't be all that much. I hate 3 on 2, because you sometimes split the middle album that way. And those slimline replacement cases are hard to find and more expensive.

Anyone picked up the Frampton? Just wondering if it's worth picking up.

The remastering is good and for me personally these two really standout of a great solo career.. The best versions I have heard and own are the Japanese issues that came out long before the USA and now this but I was able to get the Frampton discs at a good price. As mentioned earlier they are of good value. If you don't own these in any form take a look at the BGO release. Rick A.

I've seen this release and contemplated getting it, as Frampton's catalog is mostly out of print in the US.
