Disc One of Odelay - Deluxe Edition adds to that original album two never before heard Dust Brothers-produced tracks from the Odelay sessions, "Inferno" and "Gold Chains," and "Deadweight" from the film A Life Less Ordinary.
Disc Two's 16 selections include "Thunder Peel," co-produced by Mario Caldato Jr.; the UNKLE (featuring James Lavelle) remix of "Where It's At," and Aphex Twin and Mickey P. remixes of "Devil's Haircut" (titled "Richard's Hairpiece" and "American Wasteland," respectively). Also heard are the once international-only b-sides "Clock," "Electric Music and The Summer People," "Lemonade," "SA-5," "Feather In Your Cap," "Erase The Sun," "000.000," "Brother," "Trouble All My Days," "Strange Invitation," "Devil Got My Woman," (a cover of the Skip James classic recorded at the original Sun Studios in Memphis before they closed their doors) and "Burro" -- a Spanish language version of Jackass recorded with a mariachi band.

I can't believe they left off "Disko Box" which was added on some import versions of "Odelay"---I remember him playing it with a lot of "Odelay" before it was released when he was on Lollapolooza in the mid 90s....

As of now (12.31.07), there isn't a tracklisting available yet to really know what has been left off.

The following is from cmj.com:
Beck's 'Odelay' Gets Deluxe Makeover 2007-12-20 11:31:17.537, Story by: Rebecca Raber
Following in the footstep's of their successful reissue of Sonic Youth's Daydream Nation last summer, Geffen will now reach back into their vaults to bring fans another alt-rock chestnut: a two-disc deluxe edition of Beck's Odelay. The Grammy-winning, Pazz And Jop-topping album—Beck's fourth—was originally released in 1996, and though this reissue was initially planned as a celebration of the enduring classic's 10-year anniversary, it will actually hit shelves January 29.
The collection's bonus tracks include Dust Brothers-produced songs from the Odelay sessions; a track from the A Life Less Ordinary soundtrack; UNKLE, Aphex Twin and Mickey P. remixes; a collaboration with Mario Caldato Jr.; international-only B-sides; a mariachi band-infused, Spanish version of "Jackass" ("Burro"); and a cover of Skip James' "Devil Got My Woman" that Beck recorded at the legendary Sun Studios in Memphis before they shuttered their doors. What better way to kick off the New Year than with "two turntables and a microphone"?
Confirmed Tracks For Odelay- Deluxe Edition: Disc One: 01. Devil's Haircut 02. Hot Wax 03. Lord Only Knows 04. The New Pollution 05. Derelict 06. Novacane 07. Jack-Ass 08. Where It's At 09. Minus 10. Sissyneck 11. Readymade 12. High 5 (Rock The Catskills) 13. Ramshackle 14. Inferno 15. Gold Chains 16. Deadweight
Disc Two: 01. Thunder Peel 02. Where It's At (UNKLE Remix) 03. Richard's Hairpiece (Aphex Twin remix of "Devil's Haircut") 04. American Wasteland (Mickey P. remix of "Devil's Haircut") 05. Clock 06. Electric Music And The Summer People 07. Lemonade 08. SA-5 09. Feather In Your Cap 10. Erase The Sun 11. 000.000 12. Brother 13. Trouble All My Days 14. Strange Invitation 15. Devil Got My Woman 16. Burro
I just realized it's the same list of songs calijawn provided above, but it's a little easier to read. Chip

I love what they've done to the cover. A very "Beck"-ish touch. I agree, though, that it would be nice if they include the original too.

It could be a plastic cover with the original artwork underneath.
I think there are a lot of remixes missing from the bonus disc that were on the singles.

http://www.nme.com/news/beck/34013Beck apologises for lyrical debacle
Feb 1, 2008
Beck has issued an apology for releasing incorrect lyrics inside the first pressing of his 'Odelay Deluxe Reissue'.
The re-release of his landmark 1996 album was put out with un-proofed, incorrect lyrics that were reportedly taken off of a lyrics website.
In a statement issued today, Beck apologised for the "unfortunate oversight and is making arrangements for the corrected lyrics to be available gratis via Beck.com."
He went on to guarantee that subsequent pressings of the 'Odelay Deluxe Reissue' will include the corrected lyrics.
The two-disc set was released in the US on Tuesday (January 29) and features two never-before released tracks from the original 'Odelay' recording sessions, as well as 16 B-sides and compilation tracks that have never been released in the US.

Are they really gonna sell enough to warrant a second pressing?
