2008 issue UK 16-track digitally remastered CD album - This collection of rarities was originally released in 1984 and now comes complete with 7 Bonus Recordings including the 7" & 12" mixes of the singles 'The More You Live, The More You Love' & 'Never Again' and the 7" version of 'Remember David'; complete with a picture booklet containing sleevenotes are written by the webmaster of the band's number 1 fansite, David Adams, an extensive discography and images of many of their original sleeves.

I thought so too, but that's what the solicitation says. Maybe they just meant that it's rare. (The original CD pressing is going for $200+ at Amazon.)

I guess that is what they mean. I missed out on the original CD, so this will be a must-buy. "Ther More You Live..." was a great single, I'm sure I still have the 12".

Yes, this was the Seagulls' third studio LP and was released in 1984. It hit #66 in the US and the singles "The More You Live, The More You Love" got to #56 on the singles charts. The video was played frequently on MTV. Good song, very atmospheric actually. Not sure why they said "collection of rarities", I gues they meant the bonus tracks, but it's poorly worded.
Have the early albums been remastered at all? These guys were always quite good-those damn haircuts are what make them a laughing stock to most people.
