I've got the other 3 Disco CDs by PSB, but I don't really get this whole concept of remixing other acts' songs and releasing it under your own name. I'll pass on this, especially at import prices.

Strange to say the least.

I will say that a lot of these remixes sound VERY Pet shop boys. It's almost like a collaboration, and the Boys definitely make these songs their own. I recommend it, based on the mixes i've heard already. They even add their vocals to a few tracks.

Will it get a US release?

No domestic release is currently scheduled through at least March 2008.
