I purchased it 2 or 3 months ago - it's a must-have. At first I was disappointed because it didn't contain bany onus tracks from the period (the couple of extra tracks that were included on the US release Two Wheel God come to mind)...
BUT the bonus cd is great :D .

I've already got this as well, not expecting a domestic release. The interesting question will be if they release this domestically with the title Steve McQueen rather than Two Wheels Good, as it was my understanding McQueen's Estate blocked the use of his name for the domestic release when the album first came out.

I got a copy at 'Rama, and it is indeed titled Steve McQueen. I think it's another case of a label bringing over EU stock and selling it for lower domestic prices.

This is an all-time favorite, so I may have to get this, especially if that bonus disc is as good as I've heard. I do wish they had included the extra tracks from Two Wheels Good, though.

The import edition (same packaging, same tracks) came out back in April, and oddly it lists for $3 less than the domestic release:

Unfortunately Amazon is now showing the import as "out of stock, ships in 4 to 6 weeks" but a couple of their third party dealers have even cheaper copies available. So there's a wealth of pressings to choose from for this reissue. :)

I just got my copy of this, and the bonus disc alone is worth the price of the package. Two Wheels Good was one of my favorite albums of the 80's, but I hadn't listened to it much in the last 10-15 years. I was kind of afraid it would sound dated, and the bonus disk wouldn't be strong enough to make it worthwhile, but the album really holds up well, and the bonus is just wonderful. The remastering sounds great -- much more open and clear. Nice package, too.

Prefab Sprout has had an interesting and occasionally brilliant career, but this is the one that really matters for me. These songs are just so brilliant. The new acoustic versions are really inspired reinterpretations.
