Not that I wouldn't buy it anyway.

Is this just a compilation of (mostly) studio cuts by artists who performed at the Cavern? Or are these actual live Cavern performances? Only one (McCartney's) actually says that it's at the Cavern, so I have to suspect the rest are not.

Yeh, this is almost certainly a collection of previously-released studio cuts, with the Macca track being the only actual "live at the Cavern" recording.
