Here's an article from our local PBS station about the two dates. The concerts involved Wet Willie, the Allman Brothers Band, and the Grateful Dead. I wasn't there, but I imagine some of my classmates and friends were. I graduated from a nearby high school a few days later.

Has anyone here ordered the 4 CD set? I was going to place an order, but there are several reviews on Amazon stating the CDs don't play. Anyone else have this issue?
(I know I could order them and see if they'll play for me, and if not, return them, but I am curious.)

My only reference would be from the box set the show came from. No issue at all. Also ripped them no issue (had known issues ripping with the Pacific NW box a few years back - but swapped to a different reader and no issue).

I am a bit biased re the Dead. That said, I am a big fan of 73 (broad strokes I am 77, 73, 72 in preference). I enjoy the show quite a bit, and the 4th disc with the ABB members is very good. The quality of the recording is very high as well. It well represents the the quality of the box. Defiantly worth picking up if one enjoys live 70's Dead, IMO. Particularly for the price.
