My first BI disc was Rebel Yell. Then I bought this one here and was disappointed. If I remember right, there were only 2 or 3 songs that I liked. But I'll get this anyway because sometimes one learns to like what they didn't previously.

Rebel Yell badly needs a remaster. The only remaster (that I'm aware of) was horrible.

Just do his whole catalog. BI is worthy of that.

I'm not a Billy Idol fan, but I bring that up to point out that even a non-fan can see that an expanded version of this + Rebel Yell seems like it would be well worth whatever time and effort would have to be put into it.

I suspect that a big part of this is the fact that it was a Chrysalis Records release. Sometimes when you get these subsidiary labels under a bigger label, occasionally artist catalogs on the subsidiary tends to get overlooked, or vault material ends up going missing. Some Chrysalis artists have gotten a good bunch of quality reissues. But somebody like Pat Benatar, pretty surprising that there really doesn't seem to be much out there in terms of quality re-releases.

They should do all the Chrysalis albums through Cyberpunk and not just the first two.
