I'm certain that there is already outtakes from this album in another bootleg series but I will definitely get this one

Can someone tell me why disc 5 is here?
Exactly, who would buy this who does not already own 'Tell Tale Signs'?
Also, was this album crying out for a remix? (It's not 'Empire Burlesque') I'm sure most of us (like myself) who opt for the two disk releases would rather it contained disks 2 and 3 rather than a remix of an album we already own and just one disk of unreleased material.

Is this an indication that the Dylan camp is finally reaching the bottom of the barrel? Probably not. I'll buy this but I'm not that thrilled with the contents.

Supposedly the remix could be radically different, as Daniel Lanois used a heavy hand in creating a mood piece when making the album. This new version is supposed to be more like what the album would have sounded like if Bob Dylan/Jack Frost had produced the album. I'm looking forward to hearing this new version. It might disappoint, but it could be really interesting.
Also, some people don't have the three disc Tell Tale Signs album, so some of the songs on disc 5 of this set are going to be new to us.
It's certainly going to be better than the last set, just because the source material is better.

I can respect duplicating content so that one gets a complete picture of this era in one collection.
I appreciated it when Springsteen did it with The River box set (adding appropriate songs from Tracks) since I had felt like the Darkness box set made me fumble through Tracks discs to play the rest of the Darkness outtakes.

TTS was available as a 2-CD set, with a third disc available only in a stupidly pricey deluxe edition. Some of the repeats are from this third disc. Yes, it's regurgitation, but similar context decisions were made with the Cutting Edge set.
As for the remix, I'll withhold judgement until I hear the de-Lanoised versions.

As someone who like, but did not love TOOM mainly because of production, I'm thrilled with the first disc of this set. The rest of the set is also top notch, even though there are duplicates.

I don't know how to do it, but Rolling Stone Magazine reports this morning that The Bootleg Series is winding down towards its end. However, there's still some great sets that may be getting released. Perhaps one of you can post it here?
