Description
Seal’s landmark debut will arrive as a 4-CD/2-LP deluxe edition on November 4, packaged in a 12”x12” hardcover book that includes rare photos and liner notes by prominent music scribe Jim Farber.

SEAL: DELUXE EDITION introduces a newly remastered version of the original album on CD and a double-LP with an etching on the final side. The set’s three remaining CDs provide some context around the studio album using an extensive selection of rare recordings from the era, including early mixes, remixes, and more, as well as a previously unreleased 13-track concert performance.

I have everything Seal has done and I’ve seen him live three times, so I’ll be trying to find a good price on this.

correct, and 'crazy' the single from this release charted at #7.....and 'killer' made it all the way to #100

and i post this because a 4 CD set seems a bit much, for one song, to me anyway. but i guess that is just my opinion and that opinion does not agree with yours, and you know what IP, that makes neither of right....or wrong....its an opinion, guess you have to deal with someone not agreeing with you. :shrug:

the guy did have a total of 3 top 10 in his career though.

BUT, he was married to heidi klum.......

Come on Renny. Chill out! For someone who really loves Seal, what's the problem with this set?

It's a real shame they stuck the vinyl in there to jack up the price. Could have been a nice 4 CD, $60 set like the recent Dio release, which can no easily be found for < $50 which is a fair price for the 4 CDs plus the package.

But $80 seems like a pretty reasonable price for what's in there. Especially since that's full retail, so sub-$70 prices should be a reality once it gets to the release date.

If it was Kiss or Rush, they would have thrown in a couple posters, a couple tour laminate, a set of guitar picks and then the price would have been $200. If you want a surround mix blu-ray, then the cost is $300.
