Description
Ex-Electric Flag drummer Buddy Miles' first four albums for Mercury Records, dating from 1968, 1969 and 1970. One side of 'Electric Church' was produced by Jimi Hendrix, who Miles first met in 1964. 'Them Changes' made the US Top 40, spending nearly 18 months on the charts. With the demise of The Experience, Hendrix formed Band of Gypsys with Miles on drums; however, this was fairly short-lived and Miles reformed the Express. Digitally remastered and slipcased. With extensive new notes.

Wish they would have done Live instead of Church & Expressway. We Got To..... has never been on any digital format (other than MP3) AFAIK. I have a needle drop, but will probably pick this up for the 1 album. Already have the German Changes digipack.

I think it has something to do with when Amazon will receive it. The set was released on BGO's site quite awhile ago.

Titles have been released on Christmas Day, New Year's Day, not just Christmas Eve. This new date is for the release of the 2CD set in its native UK. There are American releases coming out on the 24th as well.

I have been seeing this image from their site for weeks that says "buy now": I'm not going to do so because international shipping has become way too expensive.

No. Shipping from any country to the USA went way up in 2019. I likely can't explain what happened without some considering it political. But my import purchases have dwindled to almost nothing.

Not sure what Geff is looking at. This is what the label's website shows:

"Coming soon", "pre-order", etc. And the two reviews are only people saying they like the albums which are included in this fourfer, they're not actually reviews of the 2CD set.

I took the screen cap from BGO's site today. I don't know why we're getting different info either.
