I've already bought this show at least 4 times. I'm wondering if this is an upgrade from Floating World's official 2012 "Two Sides Of A Rainbow" with an identical track listing?

The Retroworld/Floating World version is out of print, so at the very least the new Esoteric version is less expensive for collectors who don't already own the concert.
And being on Esoteric, WAN assumes this will be the best sounding. But wait for reviews if concerned.

The USA LP version is worth the price of admission on it's own. Best thing Randy & Ed did by a mile after the original band broke up. It is extremely overdubbed, but I don't care because it's bloody awesome! There were actually 3 different versions of the album: a USA, a UK, & a German. Each had different overdubs & a couple exclusive songs to that version (I'm talking in the days of LP's). There's never been a USA cd; the USA concert only appears in full on this. If memory serves, side 1 of this is NOT the UK LP; it's a soundboard cassette as is the Encore. The UK LP appears on cd on "Live At The Rainbow Theater" (long oop), & the German on "Made In Germany".
Of the 3, the USA is by far the most essential. The only really important track it's missing is Downer from the UK release; & it has a couple of their best late period songs, "Looking Down" & "These Are Words" which are really studio recordings with applause, but are truly great songs. I own all 3 + Rockpalast, but if you only get one; make sure it has the USA LP version on it.
Much (not all) of the USA version is on Live At The Rainbow Theater as bonus trax, but it's been known to get expensive, though it is reasonably priced at the moment. The Floating World does have better sound on the USA tracks than the UK single disc.

They've now combined this with the 2012 listing, so it's likely a repack.
It's not a repack, it's a new remaster of the material as stated in Esoteric's description. Amazon combines release listings based on title, which can cause this kind of confusion between different pressings of the same material.
That said, we still won't know if it sounds better than (or the same as) what you already own until there are reviews for the Esoteric version.

They called it a remaster on the original also. I'm guessing they're using the same verbiage from the 1st issue. If it does sound better I'll be first in line!

I will admit when I'm wrong. This is a true rarity: a very moderate & slightly improved remaster. In a listening comparison (both discs on the same player) the 2019 has a bit of a boost in both the bass & mid-hi treble with no apparent added compression. I can't remember the last "remaster" that I could honestly say that about. Yes, Steven Wilson kicks ass, but this is not in the same ballpark as Wilson.
If you like Spirit & don't have this, it's a no brainer (though understand most of us are only buying it for disc 2, disc 1 is still a soundboard cassette missing one guitar amp); but the USA album which starts on track 7 of disc 2 is tremendous.
If you already own the 2012, my opinion would be how much does sound quality matter to you? This is a moderate improvement. It still gets a bit shrill at high volume (the original LP did not...... sigh). It is not overly compressed for rock, though. My only complaint is it would have been nice if they'd used the overdubbed version of Downer from the German release rather than the cassette version from the 2012.
