One of the biggest selling groups of the 70’s have their first eight albums plus a collection of Rarities included on this five disc 127 track clam shell box set. Disc 1 features their self titled debut LP and the follow up “Keith Potger & The New Seekers”, both appearing here on CD for the first time. A bonus is the only UK single by ex-Seekers vocalist Potger. Includes the hit single “What Have They Done To My Song Ma”. The second CD features the albums “Beautiful People” (aka “Never Ending Song Of Love” and a UK No.35 hit LP) and “New Colours” (a UK No.40 hit). The No.2 hit single “Never Ending Song Of Love” is a highlight of this disc. The UK No.2 chart album “We’d Like To Teach The World To Sing” and the No.23 “Circles” are coupled for Disc 3. The million selling No.1 smash “I’d Like To Teach The World To Sing” and the Top 5 “Beg Steal Or Borrow” and “Circles” are included here. The fourth disc features the In Concert “Live At The Royal Albert Hall” double album, again making its debut on CD. The final disc features the No.47 UK hit album “Now” plus 15 previously non LP tracks we’ve called “Loose Ends” and that include the No.20 hit “Come Softly To Me” and the No.34 hit “Nevertheless (I’m In Love With You)”. Detailed sleeve notes by the band’s webmaster, pictures of all the relevant records and memorabilia are all a feature of the 20 page booklet.
