Description
Winger was an American rock band, led by bassist Kip Winger, that combined elements of glam metal and progressive metal. They gained popularity in the late 1980's and early 1990's. The band's two platinum-selling albums "Winger" and "In The Heart of The Young" along with charting singles "Seventeen", "Headed For A Heartbreak" and "Miles Away", put the band on the top of the charts by the early 1990's. The album "Pull" spent five weeks on the Billboard music charts. Here we have their complete Atlantic Recordings in a two CD set with five rare bonus tracks.

Make that The Almost Complete Atlantic Recordings... inexplicably absent is "Hell To Pay", which was originally a Pull Japanese bonus track that later appeared on the 2001 compilation The Very Best of Winger.

Collectors will also note the absence of two b-sides:

• "Madalaine [Live]", a BBC recording from the "Easy Come, Easy Go" single
• "Can't Get Enuff [Acoustic Blues Version]" from the "Down Incognito" single
