I'm a completist with studio PT, but I can't recall whether the two blu-ray bonus tracks here have been released anywhere else on cd. can anybody offer-up some clarification?

Looking at the previous stand alone Blu-ray edition (from 2011) it also has the two bonus cuts. Seems just a repackage job with the 2 CDs and the blu for people who didn't buy it previously.
The deluxe edition from a few years ago had more demos,

Yep. That is the one I have. I play this album a lot.

The deluxe version I have on my Apple Music account does have the bonus tracks in stereo but I can't find my physical deluxe version right now but I have to assume, if its there then it was released on CD.
The CD I have near my stereo is the normal 2CD version and I have the 2011 Blu-ray version.

It looks to me as though the only place that includes those tracks on CD is the deluxe set that ellkiller linked to at Discogs. It contains a third CD called "Vol 3 - The Map (Demos + Out-Takes)" that has those two songs as well as four more: CD3-1 Home In Negative CD3-2 Fluid Tap CD3-3 The Map CD3-4 Raider Acceleration CD3-5 Black Dog Throwbacks CD3-6 Raider II (Demo Version)

yeah I'm sure I bought that one too but I can't easily find it (I have way too many CDs). Luckily the Blu-ray and the original CD release are near my stereo system.

I’ve decided I’m good with what I have already. BTW it is a great album and I was lucky to not only see this tour but met Steven Wilson at J&R Music World and had him sign my copy. He also played a few songs from it live for us at the record store. Jimbo was actually with me that day.
