Charles Wright headed one of the great funk groups of the late '60s and early '70s, behind the pop and soul classics, 'Do Your Thing,' 'Love Land,' and 'Express Yourself' (one of the most sampled funk tracks ever for hip-hop and rap groups). Charles helped oversee this new hits collection, which also includes two recently recorded bonus tracks, 'Remember That Thing' and 'Happiness,' both from an upcoming album, which confirms that Charles Wright remains a true funk master.
