Note: Amazon currently shows the release date as tomorrow, October 13th, but Sony is saying that this is actually scheduled for release on November 10th in the UK.

I have the great German re-masters of this band that I bought over decade ago but with the bonus discs and packaging I'm am excited for this.

Man, I hope Andy Pearce is dong these. If so it's an automatic. I will continue to monitor for best price (UK or US) before plunging.

I'm looking forward to the bonus tracks on Level Headed. That album is in my Top 20 of all time.

The 2005 expanded remasters of the first five albums (not available in the U.S.) were outstanding, containing numerous bonus tracks and amazing sound quality. And as a fan of the U.S. version of Desolation Boulevard, I was able to recreate that album perfectly (alternate/single mixes and all) between the album cuts and bonus tracks on Sweet Fanny Adams and the original Desolation Boulevard, only with far superior sound quality.

This box set appears to have all of the bonus tracks from the previous remasters, plus many more. And you get Level Headed remastered and expanded, an expanded live album, and another CD of BBC recordings. Sweet, literally...

I have purchased some of these 2-3 times. But still getting this. One of my all-time favorite bands.
Hoping the 4 previously unreleased Level Headed tracks are the Brian Connolly vox.

This is very timely for me. I was considering upgrading to the last set of reissues anyway and now at this price, this new box with extra goodies is a dead cert for me. It's been a busy end of year for my wallet again with this, the Pentangle and Mungo Jerry boxes.
