Fleetwood Mac has revealed plans for their 2013 tour, which will kick off on April 4 in Columbus, OH. The 34-city trek with dates in the U.S. and Canada will finish up on June 12 in Detroit.

Next year also marks the 35th anniversary of the release of their classic Rumours album, and to coincide with the tour and anniversary, a new deluxe reissue of Rumours with previously unreleased studio and live tracks will be released in early 2013 via Rhino Records. More details on the set will be announced soon. The current Fleetwood Mac lineup includes Mick Fleetwood, John McVie, Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks

I've heard nothing mentioned, but it sounds like it might be a "Entire Rumours Album +" tour.

That wouldn't be too much of a stretch. They probably play most of it in concert anyway.

Ugh. I'll have to buy this, but I would much rather have an expanded Tango or Buckingham/Nicks. The Rumours reissue from a couple of years ago was phenomenal and pretty much covered it for me.

I'm sure it'll be some BS set with vinyl and posters and a couple of unreleased tunes to piss everyone off.

I didn't get the last remaster so I'll either get this or if it's nothing special pick up the old one. This one may include a concert.

Why can't we get remasters for Mirage, Tango In The Night (my fave FM album by far) and Behind The Mask? The last one I can understand a bit, but not the others.

I'd like to see expanded editions for the very good, but very overlooked and very ignored period between Peter Green and Lindsey Buckingham. The band made some really fine albums during those years but for some reason, unlike the other Fleetwood Mac periods, none of them have received the deluxe/expanded treatment.

I think I've bought Rumours only 5 times--3 LPs (original, white vinyl, Nautilus) and twice on CD (original Target CD, previous deluxe edition). That's not even enough to make the Top 10!

I shall repent by buying this new deluxe model.

of course it'll eventually come out with 16 separate channels, you'll get to hear each channel separately, play with all the knobs and mix the songs any way you want, as many versions as you want...

That's easily doable today. Now that you mention it, I'm surprised that afaik only Todd Rundgren has done that sort of release!

They're wrong -- this year is the 35th Anniversary of Rumours. But every other anniversary edition gets released a year late now, so I suppose nobody cares.

If this is release golf, I'm ahead - I've only bought it twice. CD and...8-track.

Um................ US LP, Japan LP, (I believe) 2 USA single cd editions & 1 USA 2 CD edition off the top of my head.

I win-I've never owned it in any way. I'm more of a Peter Green era and Tusk-Tango fan, but Rumours is brilliant. I've never owned it because I was sick of it as a kid and never bothered. Now I will.

Oh for crying out loud...don't encourage them. They'll use a story like yours to rationalize doing this again...and again...and again.

I only have two or three versions of this. So I'm good for two or three more. Maybe the 70th anniversary in 2047. Put together by the kids of Buckingham/Nicks.

Well, there's probably about 5 of me out there and 2 of us want physical product. I don't know who the other guy is.
