Description
Two of Dr. John’'s Atlantic albums, dating from 1970 and 1974. ‘'Remedies’' is very much in the same musical vein as the ground-breaking 'Gris-Gris'’, a mixture of New Orleans jazz, blues and voodoo. ‘'Desitively Bonnaroo'’ was produced by Allen Toussaint and features The Meters as sidesmen. Dr. John is alive and well, and still gigging. Digitally remastered and slipcased. Extensive new notes.
