We'll have to wait and see what the new edition of Never Mind The Bollocks contains, but it might just be a pared-down, vinyl-free repack of the original box similar to what Sony did for Primal Scream's Screamadelica:

There are now only three of the Bollocks BDA left in stock at the above Amazon UK link. No third party sellers are even listing it there, so I'm afraid that once those last three copies are gone, that will be all. I'm a happy owner of the BDA and do recommend that readers of this thread grab the remaining copies while they're available.

freely handed out
One left now. I don't even have a device to play these on or I'd pick up the last one. The only blu-ray player hooked up to a good sound system in the house is by our family room TV, which is always being used and nowhere near where I listen to music anyway.

Coincidence that I just ordered a Blu-ray through Amazon.co.uk a couple days ago . I am hoping it will pose no issues playing on my universal players as prices are up everywhere else.

The Blu-ray Audio of Never Mind The Bollocks sounds more or less like I remember the original vinyl sounding. It's a thick, dense mix. You won't hear things that you never heard before -- I don't think there's anything more that was actually hidden in the original mix -- and you won't hear "the breath of life" or "hiss heaven" or other such nonsense. It just sounds good and powerful.

If you-know-who remastered it, it would have the "breath of life" and be the best sounding Pistols disc ever! Well, in the eyes of his acolytes.

Bump: Added the packshot, description and tracklist to the first post. The new package looks very nice in its pared-down form without the vinyl from the previous edition.
