I had totally forgotten about Rivers' version of "Help Me Rhonda" but I really liked it at the time. Glad to see it's getting another go-round.

This is one artist I overlook. I have almost all of his releases...some on both lp and cd. After this release I think there are only 2 or 3 not yet on cd...not counting comps.
If I recall his first lp hit around the time of the British Invasion. He held his own. His live lps.
.i think there are 5 or 6 from the Whiskey A Go Go alone are among the best from that time period. I dug out his release recorded at Sun Records in the 1980's.
Next week perhaps I will listen to the live ones in anticipation of this release.

Release date 07/21 - why is estimated delivery mid to late October? That's what my order now says.
