Sure hope there is some sonic improvement since the original Atlantic 6 CD R&B series ('85) and the Atlantic 9 CD Time Capsule ('09).

I love the artwork on this, although I guess the functionality remains to be seen. It looks like this is one artist per disc, with each CD having 14 tracks. For an artist like Ray Charles 14 tracks is more like a sampler than anything definitive. If the price gets low enough, though, I might bite.
