Note that there is also a 5 disc limited edition artbook as an import and I have an e-mail sent to Inside Out to confirm if the BluRay in that set is Region B/2 which would be a real shame as it's been a long, long time since I passed on an Arjen Lucassen deluxe edition. I'll report back when I have more information.
In September 2015, over the course of four sold-out shows, AYREON's legendary progressive rock concept album “The Human Equation” was brought to life as a full-blown musical production at the Nieuwe Luxor theater in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. While Arjen Lucassen (also known as the mastermind of Star One, The Gentle Storm etc) originally had severe doubts “The Human Equation” with its vast cast of guest musicians could be successfully presented in a live setting, this incredible event entirely devoted to performing AYREON live is the best proof of the contrary. AYREON’s global following will appreciate the fact almost all singers of the 2004 released album took part in these live shows incl. such renowned vocalists as James LaBrie (Dream Theater), Eric Clayton (Saviour Machine), Devon Graves (ex Psychotic Waltz), Anneke van Giersbergen (ex The Gathering, The Gentle Storm) and many more. In addition to that, you can expect a rock choir consisting of another 19 vocalists, nine backing musicians plus actors putting the story on stage. Even now, Arjen can hardly believe this aural and visual event really was recorded and filmed: “I am amazed and touched by how hard everyone worked and how much love and care they generously gave to make it all happen. Sometimes dreams do become reality!”

Got the e-mail back from InsideOut and it said the BluRay in the deluxe artbook is region free. Burning Shed is listing the BluRay in the artbook as region free and the DVDs as NTSC, region 0.
The preorders from InsideOut's European webshop will be signed by Arjen. Beware that they will charge and arm and a leg for shipping...total price for a signed artbook shipped to the USA will run around $82.

Always thought this should be done as a stage play like an Andrew Lloyd Webber type of production. It's a fanatic listen and this presentation should be even better.

The import BluRay's won't play in many BluRay players (my copy does not work on PS3). InsideOut are already manufacturing replacements. I haven't heard if the domestic BluRay's have the same problem. So if anyone has a copy of the BluRay, you should check it out ASAP to make sure it will work on your player.
I have listened to the CDs and loved what I heard.

Finally did recieve my Blu-Ray of this rock theater event today! It's a great album so I'm looking forward to watching the stage version over the weekend.
