Anyone familiar with Shelly Music? I can't find any information on them... is this a Yorn vanity label under Capitol or Sony?

Bizarrely, when they first announced this album on social media and gave pre-order links, it was going to be vinyl and digital only, and there was a massive WTF outcry. They added CDs within 48 hours.
