Arcade Fire digitally released a deluxe edition of Reflektor on Sept. 25 featuring six bonus tracks, all of which are streaming on Spotify. Those tracks will see physical release on The Reflektor Tapes, a cassette-only release of the bonus tracks, on Oct. 16.

Re: cassettes. Why??? I was a cassette kid. Vinyl was slightly before my music buying time. I had (have) tons of tapes. Loved them then but now they're crap. Crappy sound, crappy format compared to CD, digital, vinyl. Only redeeming quality is the "boop-be-be-boop" sound at the beginning of the tape. I don't get this trend at all.

Maybe on "Record Store" day this will be released on CD. If and when it does, I will get it immediately. I have pretty much everything this band has released. Really good group.
