This is a new 2015 studio album from the great Leo Sayer. It's finally been scheduled for release in his native UK come September (pre-order link is in the first post above), but if you just can't wait, the Austrlian pressing already came out earlier this year and is available at pretty good prices through Amazon third party sellers:
