Description
Devo captured live in Oakland, performing early experimental tracks. No matter how messy, beginnings are exciting. Especially when what happens next endures the test of time. For Devo the beginning happened in the basements and garages of Akron, Ohio. The songs they wrote were raw and unfiltered with no commercial intent. They called it Hardcore Devo. Performing 21 oddities, intercut with poignant stories told by Mark, Jerry and Bob 1, this program is a tribute to the departed Bob "Bob 2" Casale.

Anybody get the Blu-ray on this? I have an OPPO, God Bless that little player. She seems to play anything. I thinking about getting this.

Why no US. release though? Strange....

What are you referring to, Rick? All three editions are domestic releases.

Theres something about it being Region 2 and not playable in the US on the Amazon link to the BD.

That's a mistake in Amazon's listing. The Blu-ray is an American pressing, Region A/1.

I'd jump on the DVD, but I've already decided I want the Blu-Ray. I picked up the CD, and it's pretty good. Bob 2's son plays on the last song.
