This appears to be for completists only--no new Dylan music, these appear to be taken from his "Theme Time Radio Hour". I'm not sure where or when Vol. 1 ever appeared, but two of the shows have been released as bonus promo discs and neither one had any track indexing at all, so order at your own risk.

I have it. It has 1 or 2 tracks from a bunch of the shows. I got it quite cheap, like $12 shipped through Amazon Marketplace.
No Dylan audio content whatsoever - however the song selection is great.

And to clarify the original post, the songs are indexed on Vol. 1, so no doubt they will be on Vol. 2.

OK, it looks like Dylan never actually appears in these sets (unlike the promo discs) which would explain why I've never seen them mentioned in any of the Dylan discographies I keep handy.

Looks like the fine folks at Ace have scheduled an official Season 2 release of songs from THEME TIME RADIO HOUR; it will follow Season 1 suit and be a 2-disc set:

While many of the public domain/Chrome Dreams releases are fine (and even well-annotated!), the Ace series is a notch above for being fully-licensed and therefore including modern recordings.
