The Rumble Strips have announced a tour of the US and Canada, kicking off in October in Philadelphia, PA.
The band were forced to cancel a tour of the US late last year when they were scheduled to open for Cold War Kids, and had to pull out of several quirky shows they had planned on their own, including sets in Washington Square Park and Union Square subway station.
The outing will support their album ‘Girls And Weather’ which will be released August 5.

The Rumble Strips have added 10 more dates to their headlining tour of the US and Canada, which now kicks off October 2 in Princeton, NJ.
In addition to the Princeton show, the band have added gigs in Orlando, Seattle, Vancouver, Madison, Newport, Detroit, Toronto Montreal and Cambridge.
The tour will support the US release of ‘Girls and Weather’, which came out August 5. The band are currently in the studio in the UK with Mark Ronson, who is producing their new album.

The Rumble Strips have announced a special in-store performance this weekend in Brooklyn, one night after their tour kicks off in Princeton, NJ.
The band’s album ‘Girls And Weather’ was released in August in the US, and they are currently putting the finishing touches to their new Mark Ronson-produced record.
The in-store performance will take place at Soundfix Records in Williamsburg on Friday (October 3) at 8pm, and their North American tour continues the next night in Philadelphia.
The band returns to New York for a show at Bowery Ballroom on November 1.
