I can't recommend this album enough... I've had it for a while, and this is just the label release of the disc. Great songwriting. He used to be the lead singer of the band The Verve Pipe, and I think this album is as good or better than their stuff.

He also has a couple other albums of solo music out... more acoustic pop-ish than the rock of the Verve Pipe.
