 2008 debut solo album from the former leader of The Unbelievable Truth and brother of Radiohead's Thom. After the break up of his band, Andy spent a number of years in Moscow gathering his thoughts. [title]Simple[/title] is stripped-back, acoustic and emotional, often similar to the quieter half of Neil Young's After The Gold Rush, Ryan Adams' Heartbreaker, Elliott Smith, Gillian Welch, early REM or Low. The Unbelievable Truth was a good band... I highly recommend their debut if you can find it. Nice to see Yorke back making music again.
