What if mankind had to leave Earth, and somebody forgot to turn the last robot off?

I saw the trailer last night at the movies and it doesn't look that good but I can't see PIXAR making a bad movie.

Usually when a PIXAR trailer come on, everyone is laughing and getting buzzed. This trailer leaves you kinda flat.

I thought the same thing John. Plus, there's very little dialog in it, so it makes me wonder if they can sustain the premise throughout a feature length movie. Not to mention, will it keep kids entertained considering that?...

I think the movie looks great and the trailer really made me want to see it because I did not like the last few Pixar films especially "Cars".
The movie looks different to me, I guess that's why it appeals to me. Not sure how it will do though. Nice to see Peter Gabriel contributing his usual new song on soundtrack per 8 years.

Another thing that kind of bothers me about this movie is that it reminds me of that classic Short Circuit. And didn't we have Robots just a few years ago with Robin Williams?
