2007 Summer Release (And Only Appropriate) of the Third Album from the Irish Rock Band. The Album was Recorded in Vancouver in a Studio Owned by Bryan Adams and Recommended by REM for It's Sound Quality...and The Fact that the Building is Haunted (As Evidenced by the Testimony of the Staff)! Sessions were Completed in 2006 and the First Half of 2007 Saw the Group Completing the Mixdown and Mastering.
