If you're not nice
This is from Neil's 2019 tour with Promise Of The Real, and will supposedly have an accompanying movie, so it's a possible that a home video announcement will also be forthcoming, either soon or somewhere down the line.
Renny actually brought news of this over a year ago, but neglected to leave an empty post at the top of his thread for the release info, so I'm restarting the thread from scratch. (The deleted one was basically Renny's frustration with Neil Young releasing so many albums, and then everyWAN else's frustration with Renny because they still wanted to collect Neil Young ... which I'm sure will happen in this new thread too. )

i firmly believe that young was looking for a real sloppy band in the vein of crazy horse and stumbled upon the nelson brothers. he heard how truly bad they were and said to himself, "eureka!, i have found what i am looking for". and signed them to a multi-record deal.

Full details and pre-order links are now up in the first post. The movie of the concert will be on a Blu-ray that's exclusive to the Deluxe Edition box set. Collectors who only want the audio can opt for the less expensive CD standalone (or vinyl standalone).

Strictly regarding the sound... Coming from a point of view that prefers live recordings... This is poor for an official release. Acceptable, but still a bit disappointing if it was a boot considering the vintage. For a recent recording, even if not originally intended to be recorded for a release (no idea), with today's technology there is IMO little excuse. It sounds similar to being in at a poorly designed acoustically 'barn;' like the Rosemont Horizon, or similar arena, but not in the sweet spot where the mixing board is typically located. Almost as if someone thought, 'lets wrap the mics, or cover the speakers with wool'. If the idea was to capture the ambiance of the experience of having poor seats in a poor arena, mission accomplished though still a knucklehead decision. Has none of the charm of audie tape. Either that or something went extremely wrong with my car's system since last night.
