Devin had a really long run of putting out some innovative stuff of real quality, but IMO the last few records have not been good. Please get rid of the ridiculous pseudo-choir vocals that have been so overused on recent albums and find someone who can do a decent job in mastering the CD.

I was listening to this today at the gym and it is spectacular in an Ayreon kind of way, lots going on. Very ambitious project that only a progger can do.
Wish he could appear on the Cruise To The Edge.

He's going to be playing Heavy Montreal doing an Acoustic set, so I expect to hear some of this.

I saw Devin perform this album in Brooklyn on 2/29 just days before all hell broke loose virus wise. Remarkable that my son and I stood in a very crowded Brooklyn club with a thousand sweaty people.

Anyway this album’s Deluxe Edition was released this week and my copy arrived from Burning Shed today. It’s album sized and full of goodies including a 5.1 mix.

Devin’s music deserves to be heard in 5.1 on the best system you can scrape together, let the neighbors know who Devin Townsend is!
