"King Crimson performed Heores at the Admiralspalast in Berlin as a celebration, a remembrancing and an homage. The concert was thirty-nine years and one month after the original sessions at the Hansa Tonstudio overlooking the Berlin Wall. This is released in the Fortieth Anniversary Year." - Robert Fripp

The title track sees Robert Fripp reprise the unforgettable guitar role he created for the original David Bowie studio recording in the same city in 1977, particularly poignant in the year of Bowie's death.

Also featured on the EP are a ten minutes recording of Easy Money (Paris), a song that varies in length and solos from night to night and is always a fan favourite, an edited version (featuring the “song section”) of Crim Classic Starless often a set closer, always a stand-out moment and a recording of the three drummers’ showpiece The Hell Hounds of Krim (both from Vienna) – all previously unreleased live recordings.

I wonder if Heroes will be on the full release. Curious if it will be part of the setlist for the tour coming up, or a one off? I am so looking forward to seeing them in Chicago in June.

It's a little unclear whether or not some/all of the songs on the EP will also appear on the September release. Either way, I'm probably willing to wait and skip the EP.

I am sure at least some of the tracks will be unique to this EP, so I am in.

Snagged off iTunes today for $5.99. Love it!

The hi-res version is also out at $8.99 minus the usual 15% discount. Haven't heard it yet.

They were selling this at last nights show (which was awesome by the way).

Going back tonight this time as a VIP and once again, get to meet the band before the show and get other goodies.

They change the setlist every night so it will be interesting what they add/ subtract tonight. But it will be hard to beat last nights show.

And a funny that Greg Lake offered in his bio where when Greg and Robert were sharing an apartment with Robert who was awaiting in the dark with make-up, fake teeth and a scary cloak jumped out at Greg upon his return. Lake said he almost had a heart attack and took quite amount of time to calm himself down.

Did anyone ever learn if this entire ep was released on a full length issue in September? & if so which one?

No, the EP is currently the only way to get these performances.
