Ghost Rider. But my Dad liked Boys' Ranch.

Two Gun Kid was the first Western-in-comic-book-form I remember reading, so I voted for him.

That Rio looks excellent.

I was happy to be buying The Ghost Rider reprints (The Night Rider) in 1974, but I wonder now
what Marvel was thinking reprinting a short series like this. Was it enough to try to cash in on
six+ issues or were they really thinking that it might catch on and they'd need to make new content?

Sigh. Just flood the market, I guess, and drive other books off the racks.

For the uninitiated, Ghost Riders was a Dick Ayers co-creation in 1949, and was brought back when Ayers was at Marvel in 1967. Roy Thomas loved all the old late-Golden Age comics of his youth, and this was part of his influence.

Additional fun facts for the uninitiated -- Rio was created (written, drawn, everything) by Doug Wildey in the 80's. Doug Wildey was the creator of Jonny Quest. Rio is just one more example of the great indie comics of the 80's. I continue to be amazed as I work my way through them.

I picked up a Canton Street Press Ghost Rider hardback when they had a sale earlier this year.
Haven't gotten to reading it yet.

I went Preacher but my heart wanted me to vote for Kirby's Rawhide Kid.

I was guessing that cowboys who existed in other media: Lone Ranger, Gene Autry, Johnny Mac Beach,
etc. were just outside of the survey.
