The bf has been watching the Top Cat collection. The voice actors are great, and listening to TC, it's like a stand-up routine. My favorite is Choo Choo.

Given Flash's power to vibrate rapidly,I'm guessing there would be a lot of vibrato in that disguised voice,so...Don Knotts.

Amazing how slowly paced those cartoons were. They took time to build the story, had some pauses here and there.
