Based solely on what we know, at the moment I'd rank my interest as:

Thor
Avengers
Green Lantern
Captain America
Spider-Man
X-Men: First Class

That could change based on trailers, though.

The Green Hornet trailer looked better than I expected. It'd still be at the bottom of my list, but that's based more on general lack of interest in the character than anything else.

The Green Hornet for me is number two after Green Lantern.

Avengers! Hulk can't wait for Avengers movie so Hulk can see Hulk on the big screen!

Either Thor or green Lantern.
i voted Green Lantern.

Then Captain America.
Then probably the Spidey reboot or the Avenger.
And Given Wolverine 2 will be based (according to what was said to Claremont) on the Claremont/Miller mini-series in Japan, this one could possibly interest me too. Though i can't say i was impressed with any of the X-Men movies i saw, not even the second on (that i enjoyed), nor with what i heard or read about the ones i didn't see (X3 and Wolvie Origine).

I would also be very interested by an incredible Hulk 2 with Norton, but given he was dropped from the Avenger movie, i don't know if it will happen.

And of course Barman 3 by Nolan, currently in development.

Green Lantern. The casting makes that one the most must-see. I would like to see Green Lantern take his rightful place in the "Big Three."

I think the anticipation for Avengers will build as Thor and Captain America hopefully achieve their goals.
