At one point (or many, depending on how you look at it) Cosmic Boy held off the entire Legion to a standstill.

Cosmic Boy is just as powerful as Magneto, but he's rarely been pushed to use his abilities to their limits. Plus, he's a noble fellow and Magneto is a nasty, murderous bastard. I think Cos could beat him, but it would be difficult, even with his knowledge of 30th century science.
As for the others, I have no idea how powerful Polaris is, but Doctor Polaris is mentally unstable and that would be (and has always been) his downfall.
So, since I believe that good will ultimately triumph, I vote for Cosmic Boy.

Didn't Polaris once go roll around in some iron filings or something? She was as bad of a magnetic character as Dr. Polaris (who kept pursuing the North Pole in hopes that being closer to magnetic north would strengthen his powers.)
