Have almost no food, serve pretty much only soup and beer that tastes like it was made in the inside of a shoe. Good beer can be served, but it will cost extra. Insist people pay in gold coin, make everything really dirty, have a troth running through the street for people to relieve themselves, and make the whole place is just lousy with, well, louses (lice).

Anyone whose phone rings would be taken to the town square and beaten mercilessly for being a witch.

Rats as well.

The fleas were the plague-carriers. And the rats carried the fleas.

I forgot about the rats! Fleas seem optional. We already have lice. I guess we might as well throw them in though. More the merrier. Also, bed bugs.

I think this would be a good rule for all public places.

They already do this. It's called Free Comic Book Day.

My dear Linda, allow me to say that I have derived a grand, hearty laugh from this comment.

Or, LOL.

This thread reminds me of Hob Gabling (an immortal character in Gaiman's Sandman) complaining about how fake the fairs are.

The one where he meets Morpheus over the ages is one of my favorite comics of all time.

OF ALL TIME.

Interesting. If I were to add an "O" to that sentence, you would be, in essence, saying "I love homeless people"

Think about it.

A hobo is homeless, but a homeless person is not necessarily a hobo.

Think about it.

But a homeless person doesn't have a permanent residence, and it has the inherent potential of becoming a hobo. Quantum Hoboness.

That's some scary stuff, Bubbles. You're playing with fire.

Arrest anyone who wears purple since that colour can only be worn by royalty.
